Terms of Service
Last updated: February 25, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Blazebar, a macOS menu bar app that lets you send selected text or screenshots to AI providers and receive responses in place. By using Blazebar, you agree to these Terms.
1. License and Eligibility
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Blazebar for personal or business workflows on devices you control. You must comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
2. Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for prompts, selected text, screenshots, and any actions you take from AI output.
- You must review AI-generated content before publishing, sending, or relying on it.
- You must not use Blazebar for unlawful, harmful, or rights-infringing activity.
3. API Keys and Third-Party Services
Blazebar is bring-your-own-key. You connect your own LLM provider accounts and API keys. Your use of those providers is governed by their own terms, pricing, and policies.
4. Billing
Any app pricing, discounts, or trial terms shown on blazebar.com or in the app are part of your purchase terms at the time of checkout. Third-party API usage costs are billed separately by your provider.
5. Disclaimers and Liability Limits
Blazebar is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Blazebar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business.
6. Termination and Changes
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time; updated versions apply when posted with a new effective date.
